Cozy, newly built holiday cottage from 2023, located in Annelund in the municipality of Herrljunga, in the heart of Västra Götaland.
Behind the house is a small wooded area with a prehistoric stone circle, and in front is our large garden that guests have access to. There is also playground equipment for the children, such as swings and a trampoline.
The cottage is 50 square meters in size and consists of a kitchen/living room, bedroom, sleeping loft and bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with freezer.
The living room consists of a sofa bed with 2 beds and a wood stove.
The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
The sleeping loft has two beds of 90 cm wide.
Bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine.

We are Anette and Branko. Anette is Swedish and Branko is Dutch. In 2018, Branko emigrated to Sweden to continue life with Anette. One of the first things we did together was to design and build the holiday home. And in the meantime, we are working on our second project: a combined holiday home with activity room and a museum.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
A week is from Friday from 15:00 to Friday 11:00 .
A weekend is from Friday from 3:00 pm to Monday 11:00 am.
A midweek is from Monday from 3:00 pm to Friday 11:00 am.
Arrival from 15:00 and departure before 11:00.
Cancellation:
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the day of arrival, 50% of the rent is due.
In case of cancellation after 4 weeks until the day of arrival, 100% of the rent is due.
