We also offer private 'guided' nature tours in the winter, such as: dog sledding, snowmobile tours, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and ice fishing. No mass tourism.

In summer it is possible to rent paddle boards and kayaks

I am Chantal, 35 years old, living in Sweden with my partner and 3 children.

We emigrated to Sweden from the Netherlands in 2021 to this beautiful area in Ramsele Västernorrland.
The peace, space, nature and the clear seasons were one of the most important points for us.
We now rent 2 houses in Ramsele and like to let our guests experience nature and the beautiful surroundings through our guided nature tours.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 50% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 100%.
