That happens if you want to stay in Sweden in our lodge. It has two luxury apartments available with unobstructed views and in an environment where everything comes together. Consider this lodge; the small apartment (90m2) with an attractive living room with fireplace, a beautiful view, a private sauna and where you sleep on good beds! Be welcome! It gives you an unforgettable holiday experience. Many guests have gone before you and have experienced this as well.

The lodge is located on a hill in the town of Are, Årebjörnen and with an unobstructed view. In an environment where everything comes together and there is something to do in all seasons. I rent two apartments in the lodge. Both are luxurious and finished to a high standard, each with its own sauna. The finish is quite exceptional by Swedish standards and therefore a very comfortable holiday home for a short (min 5 days) or longer stay. This is the advertisement for the smallest accommodation that still covers approximately 90m2 and three bedrooms for 6 or a maximum of 7 people.

Jämtland - Are

In addition to the comfort of the lodge, where you can spend hours looking outside the large windows overlooking Lake Åre ('Åresjön') and 'Renfjället' (the Reindeer Mountain), it is also the convenience and conviviality of an active village in a beautiful natural environment. The beautiful Jämtland is the province where you are and the lodge is located in Are, Årebjörnen area. It is a vibrant and lively village with all kinds of facilities. The cozy village square of Are is 10 minutes away by car and quickly accessible by ski. In the Årebjörnen district we also have a ski center, shops and restaurants. The lodge is located on a quiet street and has ski-in / ski-out. It is within walking distance of the lifts/ski tunnel. The ski area Are is the largest and best ski area in Scandinavia. There is always snow in winter. In Are there is something for everyone. Dog sledding can be arranged. But not only in winter, but also in the other seasons, everyone has a great time in this village and the beautiful surroundings that invite you to walk and enjoy nature. Think of the Tännforsen Waterfall, Jämtland – the largest waterfall in Sweden, Ristafallet waterfall and/or to undertake all kinds of sporting activities. You can go for Biking (largest bike and trail park / downhill biking, trail biking in Scandinavia), but also walking / hiking (Blanktjärnsrundan Hike Are Sweden), water sports, swimming in crystal clear water (7 beaches), trail running, parasailing, walking and more. much more.) There is also plenty to do for the kids, including a small ice skating rink in the center. There are several restaurants in Are for a culinary trip. There are events throughout the year. There is health and spa, there are various shops. In short, a winter holiday, an Easter holiday, a spring holiday or a summer holiday.

The Lodge – your stay

The wooden lodge has 90m2 of living space. The entrance is on the ground floor. There is a spacious wardrobe. The dryer quickly ensures dry clothes after an outdoor day. There is a cozy living room. The styling is characterized by a natural, comfortable and warm appearance supplemented with traditional Northern Swedish influences. There is a comfortable seating area, sofa and two armchairs. There is a view outside from the living room. A large television and internet is available. It has a modern and well-equipped kitchen where cooking and the coziness of the living room go hand in hand. There is also a Nespresso machine in the kitchen. There is a dining table with 6 chairs and a high chair. A fireplace that can be seen from all angles. From the living room there is access to a terrace with a roof. There are 2 bedrooms with good double beds. A third bedroom with a loft bed that includes one bed of 1.20 cm wide and one bed of 90 cm wide. There are two neat bathrooms; one with toilet and sink and one with double sink, toilet, shower and which is equipped with a sauna.
