The house is located in a nice quiet area in the north of Paramaribo. It is a large house for up to 6 people with a large living room and an open kitchen. There is 1 spacious master bedroom with private bathroom and toilet and 2 spacious bedrooms that share a shower and toilet. The house is fully equipped, all rooms have air conditioning, power capacity of 220v in the kitchen, there is a garage for 2 cars, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a large terrace adjacent to the house. Furthermore, the house is on a large plot of 900m2 with garden shed including toilet and covered terrace.

The house is located in Paramaribo in the quiet Maretraite district where you can enjoy a wonderful stay. You can easily look up the hustle and bustle of the center or entertainment area when you need it or enjoy the tranquility in the area. To travel to the center, we recommend that you take a taxi or rent a car for the time of your stay in Suriname.

The area is ideal for a walk or a bike ride. Bus connection within walking distance. Shops within walking distance. Shopping centers within cycling and walking distance.
Entertainment center 10 minutes by car/bus/taxi, 20 minutes by bike.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled up to 30 days before arrival. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, you'll get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before arrival. After that, if you cancel up to seven days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you wait any longer, you will not receive a refund.

The price includes Electricity 200KW p/w, if the consumption is higher, 0.30 eur per KW will be charged and deducted from the deposit. The meter reading will be checked with you at the start and departure.
