Surimaribo Palace

You only get out after everything is locked. Quietly located 2 under one roof house, spacious and comfortable in Paramaribo, not far from the Hermitage mall. With garage, carport, balcony, terrace, kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms. Also very suitable for 2 interns or winter visitors.

Rental period 
Prices are valid for consecutive periods of at least 15 nights. For less than 15 nights, an additional €50 must be paid per booking.

Bathrooms
The 2 bathrooms upstairs and downstairs have hot water. Downstairs bedroom approx 14m2 with air conditioning. Upstairs bedroom approx 27m2 with air conditioning. Small bedroom upstairs of approx 12m2.

Location
A very nice and cozy environment. No crammed houses together. A neat neighborhood. Location in Uitvlucht on the Hoebbalaan (between Hendrikstraat and Cocobiacoweg) near Hermitage mall, the University of Suriname, the hospital and the most important schools at Zorg en Hoop within a radius of 5 km. The city center can also be reached within 7 minutes by car. 

Dwelling
If you want peace and security, then this house is ideal for you. The house offers a view of lots of greenery and coconut palms. Access to the house is unfortunately via a dirt road of about 25 meters.

Carport
If desired, we have a Toyota Vanguard for rent at a low price. After the reservation, this can be further negotiated by email.
Through the carport there is access to the garage, terrace and living room/kitchen. Ideal for getting out of the car in bright sun or rain. 

Bedrooms
The upstairs bedrooms have lowered walk-in wardrobe rooms with extra storage. 2 largest bedrooms have beds of 1.60 m. wide. Small bedroom has a 1-person bed. 

Security
The neighbors' watchdogs provide an extra sense of security. Neighbors on 3 sides of the house. Fenced grounds. Thieves' iron all around + alarm system. From rental in November 2008 to date, I have not had any problems with thieves and/or other forms of crime. Absolutely not a dangerous neighborhood. On the contrary. Nevertheless, you are requested to take out the best possible insurance.

Accessibility of the home
Car entrance via a dirt road to the house is about 20 meters away from the (asphalt road) Hoebbalaan. Civilized neighbors live on 3 sides of the house. At the front there is a ditch next to the dirt road. 

Paramaribo
The center of Paramaribo can be reached by bus or taxi in about 10 minutes. The Tamkas bus lines are a 3-minute walk away. You hold out your hand for a moment and they stop.

Environment
Chinese restaurants, Hindustani Rotishop and Javanese warung can be found within walking distance. 2 Supermarkets within 5 to 7 minutes walking distance. Within walking distance you will also find the Hermitage mall (for insiders).

Balcony/terrace
These are spacious and offer the opportunity to relax with the coolness of the Northeast trade wind, a cool wind that blows diagonally from the sea.
