Rental period
Prices apply for consecutive periods of at least 15 overnight stays. For less than 15 nights, an additional €50 must be paid per booking.

Bathrooms
The 2 bathrooms upstairs and downstairs have hot water. Downstairs bedroom approx 14m2 with air conditioning. Upstairs bedroom approx 27m2 with air conditioning. Small upstairs bedroom of approximately 12m2.

Location
A very nice and cozy environment. No tightly packed houses together. A neat neighborhood. Location in Uitvlucht on Hoebbalaan (between Hendrikstraat and Cocobiacoweg) near Hermitage mall, The University of Suriname, the hospital and the main schools at Zorg en Hoop within a radius of 5 km. The city center can also be reached within 10 minutes by private transport.

Home
If you want peace and security, then this house is ideal for you. The house offers a view of lots of greenery and coconut palms. Unfortunately, access to the house is via a dirt road of approximately 20 meters.

Carport
If desired, we have a Toyota Vanguard for rent at a reasonable price. After the reservation, this can be further negotiated by email.
Through the carport there is access to the garage, terrace and living room/kitchen. Ideal for getting out of the car in bright sun or rain.

Bedrooms
The upstairs bedrooms have lowered walk-in clothes rooms with extra storage space. 2 largest bedrooms have beds of 1.60 m wide. Small bedroom has a single bed.

Security
The neighbors' watchdogs provide an extra sense of security. Neighbors on 3 sides of the house. Fenced area. Anti-theft iron all around + alarm system. From rental in November 2008 to date, we have not had any problems with thieves and/or other forms of crime. Definitely not a dangerous neighborhood. On the contrary. However, you are requested to take out optimal insurance.

Accessibility of home
Car entrance via a dirt road to the house is approximately 20 meters from the (asphalt road) Hoebbalaan. Civilized neighbors live on 3 sides of the house. At the front there is a ditch next to the dirt road.

Paramaribo
The center of Paramaribo can be reached by bus or taxi in approximately 10 minutes. The Tamkas bus lines are a 3-minute walk away. You hold out your hand for a moment and they stop.

Environment
Chinese restaurants and warungs can be found a short distance away. 2 Supermarkets within 3 to 5 minutes walking distance. Within walking distance you will also find the Hermitage mall (for insiders).

Balcony/terrace
These are spacious and offer the opportunity to relax with the cooling of the Northeast trade wind, a cool wind that blows diagonally from the sea.
