Osso fu mi ati (house of my heart) is an accommodation with air conditioning in the bedrooms and a private pool, located in Paramaribo. The house is located on Normandiestraat (Welgelegen), near the second road and Kwatta. The house was completely renovated in August 2023 and opened as a holiday home.
There is free WiFi and you can park in front of the house. You can enjoy the Surinamese sun outside on a lounger or in the shade under the parasol. There is an outdoor shower and a swimming pool where you can cool off.
The house has a fantastic backyard and is quietly located.
It is a safe neighborhood and the house is well secured, with anti-theft irons everywhere for extra safety.

The spacious holiday home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, TV, a renovated kitchen + dining area and a renovated bathroom.

You will enjoy the peace and nature. In the backyard you can enjoy all the beautiful greenery that is present!
There is a supermarket at the end of the street, very handy so that you can always easily get groceries at home.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this.
A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.
The tenant can cancel free of charge 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period. If the tenant cancels the agreement within 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period, this is 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

A one-off cleaning fee of €25.00 will be charged at the end of the stay.
