Oso Naomi is a beautiful, secure villa, fully equipped. With air conditioning, hot water and alarm. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large modern and new kitchen diner and a living room. The house is quite spacious.
New is the private swimming pool with terrace around it. The garden is 1300 m2 in size, with many fruit trees (mangoes, coconuts, star apples, limes, bananas, papayas), which you can eat unlimited when you stay there. At the back of the plot there is opportunity for a seat, and there is also a 'carport' under which a terrace has been created with a large dining table (minimum 8 people) and hammocks.
There is a professional manager, who also takes care of cleaning. He does not live on the property itself, but is available if needed. In any case, he will be present on arrival and departure.
The plot is maintained 2 times a month by a gardener and the pool is checked and cleaned weekly.
Oso Naomi is located in the beautiful and neat Zorg en Hoop district, a short distance from the Center. If desired, an appointment can be made so that family, friends or acquaintances can view the house in Suriname first.
