The house has a sitting-terrace of 2.5 m wide in an L shape and a spacious yard to sit outside. Separate, spacious storage room. All amenities: 43 inch TV 4K, Blue Ray-DVD radio Home theater, hot and cold water, gas stove, air conditioning in living room and bedrooms, mosquito nets in bedrooms, 2nd TV in master bedroom, fans, all kitchen appliances, rice cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc. etc.
The house is secured all around with thieves' iron and an alarm system. The house can be rented in its entirety, with all amenities and 2 bedrooms, but also with all amenities and 1 bedroom. Prices are adjusted according to the number of bedrooms.

Electra
