All amenities: 43 inch TV 4K, Blue Ray-DVD radio Home theater, hot and cold water, gas stove, air conditioning in living room and bedrooms, mosquito nets in bedrooms, 2nd TV in master bedroom, fans, all kitchen appliances, rice cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc. etc.
The house is secured all around with thieves' iron and an alarm system. The house can be rented in its entirety, with all amenities and 2 bedrooms, but also with all amenities and 1 bedroom. Prices are adjusted according to the number of bedrooms.

Electricity

The costs for electricity will be drawn up immediately after the end of the stay. The owner calculates the costs and these are paid by deduction from the deposit.

Electricity consumption:

I. Low: = consumption up to 50 Kwh p/w: €20

II. Normal = consumption of 51 - 350 Kwh p/w. Costs: €30 p/w

III. Spacious = consumption of 351 - 800 Kwh p/w. Costs €45 p/w

IV. High = consumption higher than 800 Kwh p/w. Costs €60 p/w

Cleaning:

Final cleaning €25.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation only in writing, by app, SMS, or by email.

* In case of cancellation at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, a full refund will follow, minus €50 administration costs.

* In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% refund will follow, minus €50 administration costs.

*In case of cancellation less than 1 week before the start of the rental period, only on the start date or during the rental period, the full rental price remains due.
