Very neat and well-maintained ground floor apartment located at the beginning of the Boerbuitenweg within walking distance of the Kwattaweg. The house is equipped with all amenities, has 2 bedrooms and air conditioning, including the living room is also equipped with air conditioning. There is hot water available. The house is located on the 2nd side street of the Boerbuitenweg near the Kwattaweg.
The entire house is particularly suitable for a traveling group who want to stay together but prefer the necessary privacy. The house is secured with a thieves' iron for the entire house including the balcony and is connected to a neighborhood app.

The house is not a hotel, so you must provide yourself with bath towels, toilet/bath/cleaning supplies, etc.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he/she must immediately inform the lessor if:

the tenant cancels the agreement within 14 days after it was drawn up, then 15% of the total rent will be charged;

the tenant cancels the object up to 14 days prior to the start date of the rental period, then 80% of the total rent will be charged.

if the tenant informs the landlord or his manager of the object during the rental period that he/she will no longer use the rented property for the remaining days/weeks, the full rent will remain due and no refund will be made.
