Very neat and well-maintained upstairs apartment located at the beginning of the Boerbuitenweg within walking distance of the Kwattaweg and shops/supermarkets etc. as well as bus transport.
The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds.
Both rooms and the living room have air conditioning and hot water is available. All sliding windows and sliding door are/are also equipped with mesh windows/screen door so that unwanted insects are kept out while the windows/sliding door are open. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and appliances and there is plenty of kitchen linen and clean linens and available. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, Both the upstairs and the downstairs apartment can be rented. 110V plus 220V available.
The balcony has the width of the house and is secured by thieves' iron from the stairs and is connected to the neighborhood app.

The entire balcony is equipped with aluminum sliding windows and 2 fans. So more enjoyment and safety guaranteed. In short, a very pleasant and safe stay.

The house is not a hotel, so you have to take care of bath towels, toilet//bath and cleaning supplies etc .

The manager lives across the street from the house, so he is quick to respond in case of emergencies.

The basic price includes electricity/gas/internet and air conditioning.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he/she must immediately inform the lessor if:

the tenant cancels the agreement within 14 days after it was drawn up, then 15% of the total rent will be charged;
the tenant cancels the object up to 14 days prior to the start date of the rental period, then 80% of the total rent will be charged.

if the tenant informs the landlord or his manager of the object during the rental period that he/she will no longer use the rented property for the remaining days/weeks, the full rent will remain due and no refund will be made.
