Finca Punta Serra is located in a beautiful location on the Costa Blanca South in an oasis of peace and yet close to all amenities, such as shops, restaurants, beautiful beaches, the lively Santa Pola, palm city Elche and Alicante. In the area you can enjoy hiking, cycling, golf and padel. The airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

The finca is beautifully decorated in Ibiza Style and has 2 bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is a spacious living room with a cozy sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, TV with Chromecast, 2 large sliding doors with access to the lovely terrace overlooking the pool.

The finca has parking on enclosed grounds at the finca, communal swimming pool and 2 private terraces. There is free WIFI and there is air conditioning throughout the finca.

Bed and bath linen is included.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
