Relax in our fully renovated mill house, hidden in the quiet interior near Valencia. Surrounded by 16,000 m² of private land, this is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the peace and quiet and nature and experience authentic Spanish life. The house is ideal for families or couples and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
The house is 1.5 km from Montserrat. A car is the most practical way to explore the area. In the village you will find everything you need during your stay, including supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and bars. The lively city of Valencia is about 25 km away and several beautiful beaches are also easily accessible by car.
Outside you will find a large garden with barbecue, paella oven, private pool and trampoline. There are several fruit and nut trees on our site. Depending on the season, you can pick figs, oranges, tangerines, peaches, almonds, lemons and pomelos directly from the garden.
Our two cats will stay at home during your stay. We therefore ask our guests to give them fresh food and water daily and some attention every now and then. They are independent, prefer to be outside and need little care. Unfortunately, as our cats live on site, we cannot allow other pets.
The house has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. This is our family home and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do during our absence. Our property is intended for couples and families and is not rented to groups of friends. Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited.
Included: bed linen, kitchen linen and towels. Beach towels are not included.
