Do you want to enjoy both the tranquility and space of the Spanish countryside, but also the beautiful city of Valencia with all its culture? Then Finca Máxima is what you are looking for.

Our beautiful finca is located just outside the small village of Montroy, on top of a mountain. The house is located between orange and almond groves and has a breathtaking view over those orchards.

The comfortable main house is very private and has its own large swimming pool. The main house is suitable for 6 people. Together with the guesthouse it is suitable for 10 people.
There are 3 bedrooms in the house; a master bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each. There is a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a double sink and a toilet and bidet. In the hallway is a separate (second) guest toilet. Towels, kitchen linen, bed linen and pool towels are provided.
The modern open kitchen has a large dining table with 6 chairs. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven and kettle.
In the living room there are separate comfortable seating elements. There is a large TV with a Chromecast. With this, everyone can watch Netflix, play games or just watch TV via their own provider. Naturally, there is free good WiFi.

Optionally, the guesthouse can be rented. The guesthouse is suitable for 4 people and is located downstairs. It has its own entrance, its own living room and bathroom with toilet. There are also 2 bedrooms. The guesthouse is very suitable for accompanying grandparents or friends.

There are several terraces 360 degrees around the villa, more or less sheltered and covered or not. Our five terraces are decorated differently with comfortable bamboo daybeds and separate sunbeds. At the large saltwater pool you can enjoy the beautiful view. Relax, read a good book or watch a movie on your tablet.

Downstairs, at the entrance, is another large terrace that is located near the ''paellero''; the paella kitchen. This is a traditional outdoor kitchen with a large fireplace where paella is prepared on weekends. The ''paellero'' is also fully equipped as a modern outdoor kitchen and is equipped with hot and cold water, a gas stove with oven and a refrigerator. There is also a separate, mobile BBQ with smoker.
In the garden around the house are several fruit trees. Depending on the time, you can pick and eat lemons, medlars, apricots and pomegranates. There is also no lack of Mediterranean plants, such as olive trees, palms, yuccas, oleanders and of course bougainvillea.

The micro maritime climate in this part of the Costa Blanca is known for its long summers, often with mild and often sunny winters. At the end of the day, around the hottest part of the day, there is always a wonderful breeze from the sea that provides a pleasant cooling. The entire plot is surrounded by a fence. Due to its location, there is complete privacy. Pets are not allowed.

Montserrat and Montroy are nice little towns that are only a few minutes drive away. There are many restaurants and in the summer months of July and August many activities such as the ''Semana Musica'' at the end of July, beginning of August. Classical music every evening on the square around the church. Every Monday there is a weekly market in Montroy and every Tuesday in Montserrat. There are good facilities, also in terms of health care. The beautiful and cozy Valencia is only half an hour's drive from Montroy. It is easy to reach by car. It is also possible to take the metro to the city in Torrent. The airport is about a 30-minute drive away.
