ACCOMMODATION(s) Villa Gan Eden is a fantastic traditional Spanish villa with 6 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and 2 dining rooms, a large 50m2 swimming pool, a summer kitchen and barbecue, outdoor shower by the pool, an additional (5th) shower room (accessible from outside) and several sun or shade seats to choose from.

The villas are in fact 2 large living units, connected by an internal staircase and an external staircase, meaning they can be split if required, ideal for 2 families to holiday (together) or a large/extended family.

The villa is south facing and benefits from plenty of natural light and ventilation, a walled and gated plot with mature palms and other trees and plants, and an unusual rock feature pond. There is a garage plus off road parking for several (+/- 4) cars. There is a large 10 x 5m2 tiled swimming pool with Roman steps at the shallow end to get into it, ideal for those who enjoy swimming laps and daily exercise or for children. There are several areas for sun or shade around the property and by the pool. There is a barbecue and summer kitchen with gas hob, under counter fridge, microwave, dishwasher and double sink with a very handy large pergola for alfresco dining next to the barbecue, summer kitchen and the swimming pool. Also near the pool is a beautiful pool mosaic shower and additional small changing room. From the poolside terrace is a charming walkway through an arch which takes you to the villa Eden, the 1st floor accommodation which can be completely separated from the Villa Gan, if required, the ground floor accommodation, or can be used as one large family home. You enter the villa through a glazed conservatory style sitting room (naya) with beautiful high beamed ceilings and lovely garden views (a unique feature of this room is an indoor pond with a wall waterfall from a large piece of marble on the wall). Double doors from the sitting room lead to a spacious dining area with an open fireplace and a grand piano. A few steps up to the fully equipped kitchenette with all new (2023) appliances: a hob, extractor fan, under counter fridge, a small pantry with double marble sink, a compact oven and Nespresso coffee machine. Leaving the sitting area up 2 steps you enter a hallway leading to 3 double bedrooms, all with large fitted wardrobes and beamed ceilings. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet & bidet. There is a full family bathroom with bath, vanity unit, wc & bidet and two further bedrooms, one of which has access to the garden/driveway to the side of the house and steps down to the pool. The floor is connected with a beautiful internal staircase with stained glass window to the 1st floor.

If desired, this staircase can be closed with a glass door.

This floor is accessed from the outside through the front door which opens onto the walkway to the pool. The driveway is reached via the stairs at the pool. Entering through the front door you will find a large glass formal dining and sitting room with beautiful mountain views. The Lounge area has double windows that provide good light with a beautiful round beamed ceiling, traditional Spanish fireplace with TV connection with smart TV, Netflix, Disney Channel, 30 Dutch TV channels and much more. From the living room through a half archway you can view the fully fitted white kitchen with double sink and new (2023) appliances: gas hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine with ample storage space and an access door to a handy utility room with original marble sink. In the hallway opposite the kitchen there is a full family bathroom, with bath (has a tiled arch above), vanity unit, wc & bidet. Through a brick arch you enter the 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and tiled archway, double vanity unit, wc & bidet. This room also has double doors leading out to the walkway leading to the pool terrace).
