Villa Torre is a spacious villa (200 m2) suitable for 8 people. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have en-suite bathrooms. Large kitchen, living room, swimming pool, terrace with BBQ, seating areas and sunbeds. The kitchen is well equipped from a large gas oven, bread maker, sandwich maker to dishwasher. The terrace has several seating areas, sunbeds and a large dining table for 8 people.

Just 40 minutes from Valencia , escape to the peace and beauty of the Spanish countryside. Enjoy colorful valleys, explore the area during long walks, hikes or bike rides, surrounded by breathtaking nature. Or enjoy the charm of the nearby villages, Valencia, the beach or relax by our pool with a drink and tapas.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. This communication must be confirmed to the landlord by email or whatsapp.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he does not want to make any use of the leased property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent.
