El Molino

In 2022, this old water mill was completely renovated and transformed into a home with all amenities and located on a plot of land of 16,000 m2 with a view over the orange fields.
The house is located 25 minutes by car from the center of Valencia and 25 minutes from the beach and Albufera nature park.

A wonderfully quiet place, but everything within reach. Montserrat is a 2-minute drive away and offers supermarkets, butchers, bakers, a weekly market, various bars and restaurants. You will also find a bar with pizzeria within walking distance.
The area is ideal for beautiful walks and exploring the (relatively unknown) but beautiful hinterland of Valencia. The nearest metro connections to Valencia are 12 minutes by car in Picassent and Torrent.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, living/dining room, a beautiful spacious kitchen with all modern appliances and a bathroom in the lower part of the old mill. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating. There is air conditioning in the living room.

Via the stairs there is access to the tower room where the master bedroom is located with access to a beautiful roof terrace where you can relax with a breeze and a panoramic view over the orange fields and swimming pool.

At the rear of the house is a spacious terrace, adjacent to a shady part of the garden: equipped with swings, swing and playhouse. A second terrace is located next to the swimming pool.

It is good to know that the renovation has not yet been fully completed, there are still jobs to be completed, but not disruptive to the living enjoyment/use. In addition, our cat (Nero) is present and 'guards' the house; He is sweet and is actually always outside...he only needs some food outside every now and then.

We do not accept groups of friends and pets.
