At Casa Kiosko you can enjoy all modern comfort in a pleasant, contemporary interior.
Large windows, a spacious terrace, the shade and tranquility of the pine trees, WiFi, private parking, the proximity of the lively Eliana, a fully equipped kitchen... make it a wonderful place to stay, both for relaxation and for work, both indoors and outdoors.

The ground floor consists of a terrace, living and dining area, kitchen, lounge, bathroom and a bedroom. The lounge can be furnished as a second bedroom, the sofa can be converted into two high-quality single beds with slatted bases. That space can then be completely closed off from the rest of the ground floor. The existing dining table can be reduced or enlarged to seat 6 people. There is 1 air conditioning unit that provides warm or cold air depending on the season.
The bedroom has a modern fan with built-in light and 2 box spring beds (90x200cm) that can also be joined together and made up as a double bed.

On the first floor, the open space is equipped with an extra refrigerator and sink! The existing (dining) table can be reduced or enlarged (up to 6 people). There is an air conditioning unit that provides warm or cold air depending on the season.

The two bedrooms with private shower room have a modern fan with built-in light and 2 box spring beds (90x200cm) that can also be joined together and made up as a double bed. Outside there is a storage room with a washing machine. Children's toys and materials are widely available.

The house is surrounded by a large private garden, completely enclosed; the swimming pool is at the guests' disposal and is only shared with us.
