At Casa Kiosko you can enjoy all modern comfort in a pleasant, contemporary interior.
Large windows, a spacious terrace, the shade and tranquility of the pine trees, WiFi, private parking, the proximity of the lively Eliana, a fully equipped kitchen... make it a wonderful place to stay, both for relaxation and for work, both indoors and outdoors.

The ground floor consists of a terrace, living and dining area, kitchen, lounge, bathroom and a bedroom. The lounge can be furnished as a second bedroom, the sofa can be converted into two high-quality single beds with slatted bases. That space can then be completely closed off from the rest of the ground floor. The existing dining table can be reduced or enlarged to seat 6 people. There is 1 air conditioning unit that provides warm or cold air depending on the season.
The bedroom has a modern fan with built-in light and 2 box spring beds (90x200cm) that can also be joined together and made up as a double bed.

On the first floor, the open space is equipped with an extra refrigerator and sink! The existing (dining) table can be reduced or enlarged (up to 6 people). There is an air conditioning unit that provides warm or cold air depending on the season.

The two bedrooms with private shower room have a modern fan with built-in light and 2 box spring beds (90x200cm) that can also be joined together and made up as a double bed. Outside there is a storage room with a washing machine. Children's toys and materials are widely available.

The house is surrounded by a large private garden, completely enclosed; the swimming pool is at the guests' disposal and is only shared with us.

As retired hoteliers, we enjoy receiving guests. We ensure that they feel at home and can fully enjoy their well-deserved leave! We live in the house next to Casa Kiosko and are therefore usually available if there are any questions. The swimming pool is located on our side of the domain and is therefore only shared with us; We naturally respect the privacy of our tenants. We have lived abroad for a long time and traveled a lot, both speak 4/5 languages...

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). This will make every effort to attract a new tenant, and in the event of rental, the cancellation fee will be reduced by the rental realized.
The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 2 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

cancellation from the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
In the event of cancellation, the final cleaning costs will be fully refunded, as will the deposit if all further obligations have been met.
