The apartment is located in a beautiful and well-maintained gated complex on the 4th floor directly on the sea (first line). It can accommodate 4 people, but a 5th is possible, because the sofa bed can be used as a bed. Next to the living room there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is a good WiFi in the apartment, so you can also work very well, video conference, watch TV etc. etc. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating.
Both bedrooms have shutters, air conditioning and wall cupboards. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed of 180×200 and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds of 90×200.
There are 2 bathrooms. Both are equipped with a rain shower with hand shower and were renovated in 2024.
The complex is small-scale and has a large beautifully designed outdoor swimming pool with separate children's pool and showers. The complex has an elevator and is wheelchair friendly. All facilities are free of charge. The complex is closed to unauthorized persons, a concierge is present until lunchtime.
There is ample parking space around the complex. In front of the complex is a park with basketball court, football field and playground.
The beautiful beaches, which are among the best in Europe, have been awarded Blue Flags. Awarded for the quality of the water, cleanliness and services that the beaches have to offer. The sea slopes very gently and is ideal for children. The beach has several entrances and at each entrance there is a tap to rinse feet. In the season there is a first aid post and there is a lifeguard walking around. The beach has fine yellow sand, is wide and there are plenty of opportunities for sports.
A surf school is available 100 metres away. Here you can rent a kayak, surfboard or supboard. You can also participate in yoga classes.
Daimús is a small seaside resort next to Gandia and especially popular with Spanish tourists. There is no large mass tourism, so you can really have a holiday and enjoy peace and quiet. If you want to discover the nightlife or go shopping, there is a large shopping center 3 km away and Playa Gandia with many nightclubs.
