The villa and the garden
The villa is on one level and fully fenced with mesh fence and a beautiful green hedge - ideal for families with children, disabled people and pets. The 3200 m² garden has three terraces and rises to olive, orange and lemon trees, with even palm trees. Plenty of space to sit and relax in the real Spanish feeling. There is a garden house for extra storage and a covered porch for when the weather is bad. Behind the fence there is safe parking for up to 6 cars, directly on site.
Inside you will find 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each with its own toilet and shower), a large living room of 60 m², a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a bright conservatory of 25 m². And of course the showpiece: a beautiful private swimming pool of 8x4 meters with 4 luxury sunbeds.
