From the villa you have beautiful views over the mountains, rice fields and the sea towards Valencia. Both Valencia and the Costa Blanca are only half an hour's drive from the villa. The villa is spread over 3 floors with split levels

You enter from the street via a very spacious terrace. Upon entering the hall with loft, there is a bedroom with a double bed, laundry room with washing machine and small shower and a separate toilet. Half a floor lower is the living room with large windows that provide you with a breathtaking view. Even more of the view can be admired from the large round terrace. The open Bulthaup kitchen is connected to the living room. From the living room you have access to a library with a relaxing sofa to relax.

Most bedrooms are located on the top floor, such as the majestic master bedroom with walk-in closet and a very spacious whirlpool with a view over rice fields and the sea. There is also an en-suite with shower and sink completely finished with Travetino marble. Other bedrooms can accommodate 4 people (2 double beds) with terrace, a room with a double bed and a single room. They use the spacious bathroom with bath, spacious shower and sink.

One floor below the living room there is a very spacious terrace and the garden where there is a BBQ area with its own kitchen facilities and a pergola.

The last floor downstairs has a completely different style and exudes the typical Spanish character with wooden beams, natural stone walls, a fireplace and an extra kitchen. Everything in Spanish style. This floor gives access to a spacious covered terrace and the very large private kidney-shaped swimming pool of more than 12 m in length. You can prepare your own paella on the terrace. We have all the materials available, because with a view over the rice fields where the world-famous paella comes from, it is fantastic to become part of them yourself.
