- From the street you enter through a very spacious terrace. Upon entering the hall with loft, there is a bedroom with double bed, laundry room with washing machine and small shower, and a separate toilet. Half a floor below is the living room with large windows which provides a breathtaking view. From the large round terrace you can admire even more of the view. The open Bulthaup kitchen is connected to the living room. From the living room you have access to a library with relax sofa to enjoy in peace.

- Most bedrooms are located in the upper floor, such as the majestic master bedroom with walk-in closed and a very spacious whirlpool with views over the rice fields and sea. There is also an en-suite with shower and sink completely finished with Travetino marble.
Other bedrooms can accommodate 4 people (2 double beds) with terrace, a room with a double bed and a single room. They use the spacious bathroom with bath, spacious shower and sink.

- One floor below the living room is a bedroom with bunk bed The room has the same size as the entire living room. This is therefore ideal for children because there is enough space to play. Of course there are games and toys available. The room is connected to a bedroom with 2 single beds. This floor has a modern bathroom with a shower / steam cabin. All three rooms on this floor are directly connected to a very spacious terrace and the garden where the BBQ area is with its own kitchen facilities and a pergola.

The last floor down is in a completely different style and breathes the typical Spanish character with wooden beams, stone wall, a fireplace and an extra kitchen. Everything in Spanish style. This floor gives access to a spacious covered terrace and the very large private pool in kidney shape of more than 12m length. You can prepare your own paella on the terrace. We have all the materials available, because with views over the rice fields where the world famous paella comes from, it is fantastic to become part of it.
