Our Casa Rural is a building from 1880, former shoe factory and bodega and since 2004 b&b and holiday home.
The building has 7 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There is a spacious kitchen and living room. Facilities include a private garden with a 10 x 4 meter swimming pool and a waterfall jacuzzi, sun terraces and sun loungers, shaded areas and eating areas without flies, patio, barbecues, TV, free wifi, board and card games, videos and DVDs, free parking and much more.
We also have a private bar (not open to the public), a games room with table football and dart board and a large party room. All guests have access to our cool and quiet lounge and reading area, the ideal place to escape the heat of the sun. And if the nights get colder and you prefer to go inside, you can end your stay with a cup of coffee and liqueur in the lounge, while relaxing by the warm fireplace. There is plenty of room to party at Casa Rural Ubeda. If you have a special occasion or birthday that you want to celebrate with friends and family.

We are Christophe and Nathalie and in April 2024 we embarked on an exciting new adventure as the proud owners of Casa Rural Ubeda. For years we worked long hours in finance and then now made a bold decision to change everything, we took the plunge and left the business world behind and chose to settle in the interior of Spain, far away from the busy coastline, and embrace the authenticity of the "real Spain" and make our dream come true....

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
- In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
- If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
