Equipped with every luxury and comfort and at 900 m from the beaches of the Mar Menor, the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe. The water is on average 5 degrees warmer than the sea, ideal for children.
Completely south facing and located in a quiet residential area with a leisure park with children's playground, fitness equipment, basketball court and mini football at 200m.
There are 3 bedrooms in the villa, each with its own dressing room and its own bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

On the ground floor: spacious living room with IPTV and Wifi, open kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, storage room with washing machine, master bedroom with double bed and separately a guest toilet.
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed,
1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Through these bedrooms you can go to the extra large solarium on the same floor.
In the garden you will find the swimming pool with outdoor shower, terrace with 4 sun beds, garden table with chairs, large sun canopy and private parking for the car.
The villa is fully fenced so complete privacy guaranteed.

Hello, we are Patty and Ronny from Belgium, after many years we have finally been able to make our Spanish dream come true in Santiago de la Ribera. For the time being we only use our villa to spend our own holidays, but because we also want others to enjoy the wonderful Spanish life on the Mar Menor, we offer our property for rent.
