Welcome to our beautiful holiday villa in San Pedro Del Pinatar!
This villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family or friends. The villa is modernly furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each with a rain shower, there is plenty of space for up to 8 people. Two of the bedrooms even have a 210x180 king-size bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with seating. The third bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200). The fourth bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200).
One of the biggest advantages of this villa is the 6x3m heated swimming pool with jacuzzi and depth gradient, making the pool suitable for young and old. The large terrace offers a dining table for 8 people, barbecue, lounge set and sunbeds, so you can enjoy the Spanish sun.
The villa is only 2.5 km from the sea and 2 km from Mar Menor, so the beach is always within easy reach. Moreover, there are many shops, restaurants and playgrounds within walking distance of the villa.
The villa has air conditioning and heating in the living area and all bedrooms, as well as heating in the bathrooms. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with many appliances, including a dishwasher, oven and microwave, and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Bed linen and towels are included, as well as baby cot, beach and pool toys, and beach bags, so you don't have to worry about bringing extra luggage.
Heated swimming pool
Our swimming pool has a heat pump, ideal for a comfortable swimming experience all year round. Keep in mind that it takes about 4-7 days for the pool to reach temperature (25-30 degrees), making the heater less suitable for short rental periods. For the use of the heating, an electricity surcharge is calculated depending on consumption (12/24h heating per day) and the period: October, November, March and April €10-€25 per day and December to February €25 -€35 per day
