Space & comfort for 6 people
The villa is stylishly furnished and can accommodate up to 6 guests. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, there is enough space for everyone. Two bedrooms feature a comfortable king-size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds and is ideal for children or friends. Both bathrooms are equipped with luxurious rain showers for extra comfort.
Enjoying the outdoors
The outdoor area is a real eye-catcher. Take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool (6x3 meters) with built-in jacuzzi or relax on one of the sunbeds. Around the pool you will find a cozy dining area and a comfortable lounge set. Swimming, bubbling and enjoying the outdoors.

The villa is in a prime location: just 2.5 km from the Mediterranean Sea and 2 km from the Mar Menor. Within a few minutes you can reach cozy restaurants, shops and nice places in the area. Everything you need is at your fingertips.
Fully equipped & carefree stay
The property is equipped with air conditioning and heating in all areas, so it is comfortable all year round. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and sandwich maker. There is also a washing machine. For added convenience, there is also a wine fridge and a handy trolley for groceries.
Extra facilities for families
The little ones have also been thought of: a baby cot and high chair are included, so that the whole family can enjoy the stay without any worries.

For a day of shopping, Dos Mares shopping center and La Zenia Boulevard are nearby. The picturesque villages around invite you to discover – from tapas bars to hidden beaches.
Heated swimming pool (seasonal)
Our property features a pool heater, ideal for a comfortable swimming experience in the transitional months (October, November, March and April). Please note that it takes about 4 days for the pool to reach the right temperature, making the heater less suitable for short rental periods. At temperatures below 10°C, the heater switches off automatically, making heating in the winter months impossible. An electricity surcharge of approximately €5 - €15 per day will be charged for the use of the pool heater, depending on consumption.
