Take a refreshing dip in your private pool, dream away in the comfortable lounge set or work on your tan on one of the sun loungers. For the cozy evenings, an electric barbecue is ready and the spacious outdoor table with six chairs is the ideal place for a long breakfast or dinner under the stars.
Do you prefer to go higher? The spacious roof terrace with pergola offers extra privacy, another six seats and two sun loungers. The perfect place for a relaxing day with a view of the neighborhood.

Inside, you will be welcomed by a bright and modern interior:
Living room: An attractive sitting area with Smart TV, radio with bluetooth and a cozy dining area.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with high-quality appliances, so you won't lack anything.
Bedrooms: Three spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom with walk-in rain shower, a sink and its own toilet.
Master Bedroom: This also has a luxurious, spacious built-in dressing room.
The entire house is equipped with a central air conditioning and heating system, making it a wonderful place to be all year round. Security comes first: the house is equipped with an alarm and access control via a personal code.
The house also has a functional storage room with built-in washing machine & dryer, and an outdoor storage room for the safe storage of 2 electric bicycles and garden cushions.

Our villa is located in a quiet side street in a popular residential area, right between lively Lo Pagán and the attractive center of San Pedro. You will be in a real Spanish neighborhood with social control and a cozy atmosphere, whatever the season.
Convenience around the corner: Just 100 meters away you will find a local supermarket with an excellent fresh market for fish and meat.
Gastronomy: Numerous authentic restaurants and bars are a short walk away.
Beach & Sea: The calm beaches of the Mar Menor are 1300 meters away. For the vast beaches of the Mediterranean Sea, you only have to travel 2500 meters.

Mobility: Two electric bikes are waiting for you to explore the beautiful surroundings (such as the famous mud baths or the salt lakes).
