This modern first floor apartment has been designed with open spaces and large windows that overlook the pool and garden. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with 2 single beds and 1 smaller bedroom equipped with a sofa bed suitable for 1 person or 2 children, 2 bathrooms, open kitchen and sitting area with cooking island, the large terrace opens onto the living room and kitchen. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a second bathroom with a shower that serves the second bedroom.
The apartments at Antilia Terraces are located in the heart of Mar de Cristal and have been designed to a high standard. Each of the 22 apartments has its own parking space.

Welcome to our site. We have come into possession of this new penthouse apartment in sunny Costa Calida since 2022. Besides the fact that we like to spend our holidays here as much as possible, we would also like to offer it for rent for other interested parties.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The deposit is 300 euros per booking and is in addition to the rental price. Deposit will be refunded within 10 days.
The final cleaning is 140 euros.
Bed linen and towels are included.

If you cancel up to 14 days or more before your arrival date - we offer a 100% refund, which means 100% free cancellation.;
