This bungalow is centrally located in a cozy and quiet neighborhood in San Pedro del Pinatar. Within walking distance you will find restaurants, bars, a supermarket and various shops. The property is located about meters from the beach on the Mediterranean Sea.

The Costa Blanca is also known for its beautiful golf courses. The nearest golf course is about 7 kilometres away, where you may be able to play a round of golf every now and then. The bungalow has a spacious terrace of approx. 37 m² at the front. In addition, the bungalow has a private swimming pool. The entrance to the bungalow provides access to a very spacious living room with an open kitchen. Both the living room and the kitchen offer plenty of daylight through the large windows that the bungalow has.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, such as an oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. At the back of the bungalow you will find the 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bedroom at the front. In addition, this bungalow also has 2 modern bathrooms. There are 2 double beds (160x200 and 150x200) and 2 single beds (80x200). The bathrooms have a toilet, sink and spacious walk-in shower. In addition, there is a patio of about 12 m² at the back of the bungalow. At the front of the bungalow you will find a stone staircase that provides access to the private roof terrace. The roof terrace is very spacious and measures approx. 85 m².

On this roof terrace you can enjoy the Spanish sun all year round. On the roof terrace there is an outdoor kitchen , but also a lounge area where you can relax. In total there are 3 bedrooms, all equipped with a spacious double bed. The bungalow is equipped with Flemish television and Wi-Fi. A few minutes by car you will find the cozy shopping center Dos Mares.

Our rental prices and rentals are subject to our general rental conditions, which you will receive upon booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be reported to the landlord in writing as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant will owe the following to the landlord:
- in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: the full
deposit that has been made with the reservation of the house.
- in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the first day of the rental period or later: 100%
of the total rent of the stay plus the administration costs.
