This penthouse is centrally located in a cozy and quiet neighborhood in San Pedro del Pinatar. Within walking distance you will find restaurants, bars, a supermarket and various shops. The property is located about 900 meters from the beach on the Mar Menor. The beaches of the Mediterranean Sea are just a few kilometres away. The Costa Blanca is also known for its beautiful golf courses. The nearest golf course is about 7 km away.

This penthouse is equipped with all comforts for both a short and a longer stay. The modern living room offers lots of light and space. The open kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine and other kitchen appliances.

This penthouse also has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. The other bedroom has one single bed (90 x 200) and one bunk bed (90 x 200).
So you can stay with a maximum of 5 people in this cozy penthouse.

Through a stone staircase you reach the spacious roof terrace. Here you will find a dining area and a lounge area. Guaranteed sun all day long. If it gets too hot, you can provide shelter with the large pergola. You can use the communal swimming pool that can be found just a few meters from the penthouse. The penthouse also offers Wi-Fi and TV via the internet. Of course, you can also bring your own Chromecast or Apple TV.

Our rental prices and rentals are subject to our general rental conditions, which you will receive when booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be reported in writing to the landlord as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant will owe the following to the landlord:
- in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: the full
deposit made with the reservation of the property.
- in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the first day of the rental period or later: 100%
of the total rent of the accommodation plus the administration costs.
