The Mar Menor is a large inland sea that has no tide and the bottom slopes gradually towards the center where the sea has a depth of about 7 m. The temperature of the clear, warm water of the Mar Menor is on average 5 degrees warmer than that of the Mediterranean.

Lo Pagán is known for its natural mud baths with healing powers. The region around Lo Pagán was declared the healthiest climate in Europe.

Beautifully designed golf courses within 10-15 min drive provide challenge for avid golfers.
The typical Spanish cities of Cartagena and Murcia can be reached in approximately 30 minutes by car.

The airports of Murcia and Alicante are respectively 35 and 50 minutes drive from the house.
