- Bed linen (beds are made on arrival, you are requested to collect the bed linen on departure)

- Swimming pool (request to always use the outdoor shower in advance)

- Use of two bicycles is a gesture (loss or damage is at your own expense)

Check-in is possible between 15:00 and 20:00.  You should always inform the local hostess of your expected arrival time one day in advance. On the day of arrival itself, you must inform the hostess at least 1 hour before arrival. Do you have a late flight? Also discuss your arrival time with the local hostess.

If you want to make use of interim cleaning (€ 85.00), you can make this known to the hostess.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that there may be unexpected circumstances that may require you to cancel your reservation. In the event of cancellation, we will receive your notification as soon as possible.

• Up to 3 months before arrival date, the cancellation fee is 10%.
• Between 90 and 60 days before the start, 35% of the rent is due.
• In case of cancellation between 59 and 30 days before the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 50%.
• If cancelled less than 30 days before the start of the event, 75% is due.
• In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the start , 100% of the rent will be charged.
• In the event of cancellation, the landlord has the right to offer the accommodation in question for rent again.
• If the tenant does not use the accommodation or leaves it before the end of the rental period, no refund will be made.

 You are advised to take out cancellation insurance.
