Our apartment is located on the first floor, has its own indoor parking, large private roof terrace with lots of privacy and 2 extra terraces. Our apartment is also equipped with very pleasant underfloor heating! Pilar is a typical Spanish town in the south of the province of Alicante, and only 1 km north of the regional border with the province of Murcia.
Several beautiful beaches (Mil Palmeras, Torre de la Horadada, Cabo Roig) with cozy beach bars are only 3 to 8 kilometers away.
The beaches of the Mar Menor are also within easy reach.
In the center of Pilar there are many nice restaurants and Cervecerias.
The airports of Alicante and Murcia/Corvera are a 45-minute drive away.
There are several supermarkets 600 -1000 meters away.
