Casa Kempie - private heated pool

Modern south facing villa with private heated pool and air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the house.  
Since April 2024, fiber internet has also been installed so that you can enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Since our son is allergic to pets, dogs and cats are unfortunately not allowed.

In December 2024, we invested in a new spacious pergola for our roof terrace.  This will provide extra shade during the day in the summer, but it is also a cozy place to spend cozy summer evenings and even in winter enjoy the warmth from the wind. The solarium is now half covered so there is certainly more than enough space to enjoy the sun!

The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is located in the highly coveted residential area of 'San Blas'. Here you will find a beautiful park with a children's playground, mini football and basketball field, fitness equipment and a dog playground. Casa Kempie is 900 metres from the sandy beach on the Mar Menor. This is a beautiful inland sea with nice warm and calm water, which is easily accessible by car, bicycle or on foot.
If you feel like shopping, you should definitely check out the Pinatar Park and the Dos Mares shopping center, about 2 km from the house. Supermarkets such as Aldi and Lidl can be found within walking distance of the villa.

Casa Kempie is laid out in such a way that it is also perfect for people with limited mobility. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a large smart TV and a comfortable sitting area, a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and the necessary kitchen equipment. There is a bedroom with a double bed, dressing room and direct access to the backyard. A bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in shower with handle and a movable shower chair, toilet, sink, hairdryer and a hair straightener are also provided.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and spacious built-in wardrobes. There is a bathroom with underfloor heating, a toilet, sink, walk-in shower and a hairdryer. There is also a spacious south-facing terrace that is accessible from both the front bedroom and the hallway. Here is a lounge set for 4 people and a pull-out clothesline.

The very large roof terrace of 45 m² is furnished with an outdoor kitchen, a lounge set for 6 people and 2 sunbeds. There is a canopy so that you can enjoy both sun and shade on the solarium. 

The south-facing garden of the villa has a private heated swimming pool with waterfall, handrail and a bench seat. On the terrace, which is equipped with a sun canopy, there is a large garden table with 6 chairs and 2 sunbeds. In the summer it is pleasant to stay in the shade until late afternoon in the backyard. There is also a pull-out clothesline attached to the wall.

In addition to the various rooms in the villa, there are also storage rooms available.
Under the stairs is a cool storage room with a shoe cabinet, ironing board, iron and a stick vacuum cleaner. Here you can also keep your drinks cool.
In addition, there is a side storage room in which you can find a cooler, beach umbrella, beach bag and various toys.
In the backyard there is a storage room with a women's bike, men's bike, 2 electric mini bikes, small barbecue, washing machine, dryer, portable drying rack, 2 laundry baskets and 2 relax chairs.
