The apartment is on the edge of the Club de Golf Hacienda del Alamo golf course and is on the first floor (no elevator). From the balcony you look directly at the children's pool and the large swimming pool and there is also a small playground.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open kitchen, a spacious living room and 2 balconies to enjoy the sun.
It is spacious enough for 4 to 5 adults and fully equipped (fully equipped open kitchen with electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a spacious bath with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The 1st bedroom is adjacent to a bathroom and is equipped with a double bed and various built-in wardrobes which offer enough space to neatly store your clothes. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with various fitted wardrobes. Did your clothes come out of the suitcase wrinkled? No problem, there is an iron available. In addition, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room where 1 person can sleep well! If you use it as a sofa, it is excellent and you can relax with your feet stretched out and watch the Smart television or on one of the two relax chairs.
In addition, the living room has a spacious table with 6 chairs.
The terrace also has its own table with 4 separate outdoor chairs and the terrace also has an edge where you can put cushions and sit on and enjoy the sun. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. You can enjoy the (private) swimming pool, which belongs to our community, and there are several loungers/relaxation chairs that you can take yourself. Do you have children? No problem, they can play in the water at the screened children's pool, which is next to the large pool and the small playground.
Are you sportive? Then you can also use two tennis courts and/or padel courts for free, which are located next to the swimming pool.
A mini village with a local shop that has almost all the basic necessities is a 3-minute walk away. There is also a cozy center with two restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious meal and sit looking out over the beautiful golf course.
A 10-minute walk away you can also enjoy the coziness of the golf club's clubhouse, where you can also enjoy a delicious meal or have a drink in the afternoon, or of course hit a ball.
The gently sloping terrain is located at the foot of the Sierra de Carrascoy with beautiful views. Within 3 kilometers is the village of Fuente Alamo de Murcia, where you will find everything you could need: supermarkets, restaurants, shops, garages, medical center... and more.
The historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena (with more than 2,500 years of history) are quickly accessible and wonderful for shopping, eating tapas, or just taking a nice walk.
