The apartment has a swimming pool in front of the door, a large roof terrace with shaded areas and lounge set and air conditioning in every room. Two double beds, a camp bed and two air mattresses. There is also a deluxe coffee machine Delonghi with coffee beans.

The house is within walking distance of the Al Kasar where there was a supermarket, bars and restaurants. Everything is beautifully lit.

This property is located with its own golf course.

Nearby is also Camposol with two commercial centres with a supermarket, several private shops, dentists, vets, hairdressers, opticians, banks, a post office, bars and a variety of great restaurants to choose from, Indian, Chinese, English and Bulgarian, to name but a few. 
There is also a Medical Centre and Pharmacy. 
Camposol also offers many different social events with live music and dancing. In the summer also on Condado a lot of live music and entertainment.

Condado is only about a 15-20 minute drive from some great beaches of Bolnuevo and Puerto de Mazarron, which also boasts a marina. 
 
RMU Murcia International Airport is only a 30 minute drive away and Alicante is just over 1 hour.
