Explanation of prices

OTHER COSTS
Our cleaning costs are €85 and will be charged for each stay.
Deposit per apartment € 250. You pay this amount for any damage or loss of goods and/or incorrect leaving of the apartment. If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded to your account within one week after departure.

PAYMENT

50% of the rental amount after the booking has been confirmed. We expect this amount in our account within three days after our approval. Only when the payment has been credited to our account will the reservation be converted into a definitive reservation/booking.
We expect 50% of the rental sum and the deposit of € 250 to be credited to our account no later than 4 weeks before arrival.

If you book within four weeks before departure, you pay the entire rental amount and deposit in one go.

CANCEL
Something may happen that means you have to cancel your holiday. We fully understand this. That is why we would like to receive an email canceling the booking as soon as possible. We would like to inform you of the conditions surrounding the cancellation of a booking.

You can cancel the booking free of charge up to two months before arrival;
We withhold 33% of the rental sum between two months and six weeks before arrival;
We will withhold 66% of the rental sum between six and four weeks before arrival;
If you cancel within four weeks, no refund is possible.
