Beautiful villa in a quiet golf resort.
25 minutes from Murcia city center or the coast. (car)
Murcia is a very pleasant city where you can eat delicious food and enjoy Spanish life.
Villa is equipped with television, internet and has a large swimming pool.
The resort has 2 dining options, golf, tennis and padel.
Outside the park, in the nearby area there are some delicious Spanish restaurants.
Corvera airport is 15 minutes drive, Alicante is about an hour.
Nice beach towns such as San Javier and Los Alcazares are easy to visit by car.

The garden is great for sunbathing and swimming. There is an outdoor shower and a BBQ.
Both during the day and in the evening with the garden lights on, it is wonderful to stay in this villa in sunny Spain. (a bit depending on the season)

The villa has been recently renovated and has a new outdoor swimming pool and new air conditioning.
You will not lack comfort.

Hello all,

I am pleased to make our home available for rental through this site.
I hope you like this and that you will become one of the first tenants.
The house is fully equipped. The park is wonderfully quiet and you can enjoy delicious food. There are also nice and good restaurants in the truly Spanish environment.

The house is equipped with WiFi, 2 televisions and has a large outdoor swimming pool.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
