This holiday home has a private heated swimming pool. A wonderful combination of luxury and tranquility and yet only a few km away from the cozy center of Playa Blanca. From the roof terrace you can also enjoy a beautiful view! The spacious private swimming pool is heated as standard in the winter months. You can walk to the center of Playa Blanca within 20 minutes with a pleasant promenade, the marina and the car-free shopping street. Within walking distance of your villa is also a supermarket, several cozy bars and an ATM.
Layout of Villa Maika
The living room is bright and spacious and equipped with two sofas and satellite television with Dutch channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, oven, microwave, washing machine and plenty of kitchen utensils. There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Furthermore, the second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
Outside at Villa Maika
On the spacious outdoor terrace is the garden furniture and barbecue. The wooden pergola creates plenty of shade options. On the sunbeds around the private pool (size approximately 7x4) you can relax with a good book. The private pool is heated. This is especially recommended in the winter months.
