Accommodation included within a group of three houses located in the area of El Hondito, in Puntagorda, in the northwest of the island of La Palma.

It is a very cozy house that is attached to another of the houses on the estate. Upon entering we find a large space in which the living room area is combined with television, the dining room and the kitchen. Next, we find a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Outside, right at the entrance of the house there is a small covered terrace from where you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and the beautiful landscape. On the roof terrace you also have a terrace with beautiful panoramic views of the area.

About thirty meters away is the swimming pool that is shared with the other two houses of the estate, and which is an ideal complement to relax and enjoy this beautiful place.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price per night for 2 people. Additional person: 11 €/night. Final cleaning included. No deposit is requested. Minimum stay: 7 nights.

Payment terms: 40% of the total amount within 48 hours of confirmation and the remaining 60% at least 30 days before arrival. For bookings less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation conditions (cancellation fees on the rental amount):

- From 45 to 31 days before arrival: 10%

- From 30 to 21 days before: 40%

- 20 to 8 days before: 60%

- 7 to 2 days before: 80%

- 1 day before, the day of entry or no-show: 100% price
