Casa Los Llanos Negros, was an old family winery that was restored at the end of 2002, preserving its original stone walls, to ensure greater integration into the landscape.


The interior of this rural house stands out for its rustic and comfortable decoration that together with its wooden ceilings provide warmth to each of the rooms. It has 2 double bedrooms, a spacious living-kitchen-dining room, and a bathroom with shower. Surrounded by large terraces from which you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and the San Antonio volcano, as well as beautiful sunsets that you will not easily forget.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price per night for 2 people. Additional person: 26 €/night. Final cleaning included. No deposit is requested. Minimum stay: 7 nights.

Payment terms: 40% of the total amount within 48 hours of confirmation and the remaining 60% at least 30 days before arrival. For bookings less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation conditions (cancellation fees on the rental amount):

- From 45 to 31 days before arrival: 10%

- From 30 to 21 days before: 40%

- 20 to 8 days before: 60%

- 7 to 2 days before: 80%

- 1 day before, the day of entry or no-show: 100% price
