Finca Casa Nanita C

Finca Casa Nanita C, is located in a set of 3 houses located on a 20,000 square meter estate that is 2 km from the small village of Fontanales, in the Villa de Moya.

Upon entering the house we access a small hall from where we reach the kitchen and dining room. Next, there is the bedroom with a double bed, which being inside a cave has a very special and cozy atmosphere. Next to it is the bathroom with a shower. On the other side of the kitchen is the living room with television, stereo and wood stove, as well as large windows to also enjoy the landscape when we are inside. The entire house is equipped with central heating.

Outside, the house has a small terrace at the entrance and another at the back with a barbecue. And in the upper part, on the rooftop, it has a private solarium. A few meters from the house are the common areas that are shared with the other two houses: The swimming pool with a splash area, massage jets and a jacuzzi inside; Around the pool is the solarium area from where you can enjoy sunny days with the singing of the birds as a soundtrack; and bordering the houses and the pool there are different garden areas with corners from which to enjoy the landscape.
