The house has 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom (bed 1.40m) and 2 bathrooms, all accessible from the hallway that runs the length of the house.
From the cozy living room, the sitting room with fireplace and the kitchen you have access to the wide veranda where several seating areas have been created. On the large terrace is a fixed barbecue and a dining table for 8 people.
From the swimming pool (8m x 4.5m) and the veranda you have a panoramic view over the landscape of Ibiza and you can smell the herbs that grow there.
The bungalow is completely fenced and accessible through an automatic gate and there is room for 3 cars. Our house is perfect to come to your well-deserved rest within minutes, but also to the pleasant bustle.
The center of Santa Eularia with its nice restaurants, Ibiza and the famous hippy markets Las Dalias and Punta Arabi are only 15 minutes away from the house.
