Here you will find our beautiful villa with pool, which offers unparalleled sea views, where you can admire the breathtaking sunsets of Ibiza.

Privacy and tranquility are the core values of this unique place. Our villa offers a hideaway of pure tranquility, where you can escape the hectic life and enjoy the simple things life has to offer.

Our house has four bedrooms, with comfortable beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. Two bedrooms have double beds measuring 160 x 200 cm, while the other two each have two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. These can also be used as a double bed. All bedrooms are also air-conditioned for your comfort.

Guests have full access to the entire villa. You can fully enjoy your privacy and feel completely at home.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
