Welcome to our beautiful villa, located among the lush greenery in the north of Ibiza. Here you can enjoy the peace and serenity of this paradise retreat, while enjoying wonderful long evenings and accompanying BBQs.

The Finca is close to all the beaches of Portinatx in the north of the island.
One of the most beautiful bays, Cala d'en Serra is literally around the corner.

Privacy and tranquility are central to this unique location. Our villa offers an oasis of calm, a retreat where you can escape from the hectic life and enjoy the simple pleasures that life has to offer.

With five comfortable bedrooms, our house offers an excellent night's sleep.

Two of the bedrooms have double beds measuring 160 x 200 cm, while the other three bedrooms each have two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, which can be joined into a double bed if desired.

In addition, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort.

Guests have full access to the entire villa.
You can fully enjoy your privacy and feel completely at home.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
