The penthouse is ideally located in the south-west of Ibiza, which is known for the most beautiful beaches and many hours of sunshine. The fine sandy beach of Cala Vadella is within walking distance and has several bars and restaurants.

The penthouse has 3 floors, 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms and has a private jacuzzi with BBQ area on the rooftop. There is a fitness room, wellness and swimming pool in the shared facilities. Enjoy the privacy and comfort of your own home with all the facilities of a hotel.

Falling in love with Ibiza, we bought our own place in 2020 to enjoy all the beauty the island has to offer with the kids. The location and the unique view were the deciding factor in choosing this new construction project and we have not regretted it for a day! We like to share our home and our love for the island with our guests. Hopefully you enjoy it as much as we do.

Explanation of prices

Cancellation policy: Guests can cancel up to 30 days before check-in. They are then entitled to a 75% refund on the stay. If you cancel between 30 and 14 days before check-in, renters are entitled to a 50% refund on the stay. If cancellation is made less than 14 days before check-in, tenants lose the right to a refund for the stay. If payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

check in: from 4pm / check out: before 11am

Bath towels/Beach towels. We provide each guest with a towel set in the color of the room. These may not be used on the beach or swimming pool. We have provided separate beach towels for this.

Air conditioning. Ibiza is very humid. Always keep windows closed as much as possible, especially during the hottest months. Do not set the air conditioning lower than 25° C when it is very hot outside. Even in the less warm months it is important to use the air conditioning because of the humidity.
Waste. There are waste containers in the street. No rubbish may be left behind in the communal areas or terraces, not even during the stay.
Parking. There is a private parking space, please use it and do not park in front of the neighbors' garages. There is also parking on the street for additional cars.
Swimming pool/Wellness/Gym. There is no supervision, you are responsible for the use of the common areas and must supervise your children.
Liability. The owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur during a stay in or around the property.
