Casa Anna-Maria is an "Ibiza boho home" perfect for making new memories with family and friends. 
Our bungalow is located on the beautiful bay with sandy beach of Cala Vadella, where you will find shops, restaurants, diving and water sports. 

Fully renovated bungalow 700m away from the beach of Cala Vadella. Via the path behind the house you are less than 6 minutes on foot, on foot, on the beach. 

The property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with toilet; of which 2 en-suite and a swimming pool!
Our Casa is located in a quiet residential area and is therefore not suitable for partying young people. 

Interior:
Beautiful furnished living room with every luxury. 

Open kitchen with dining table and six seats.

The cottage is luxuriously equipped and equipped with an induction hob, combi oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, juicer, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, steamer, towels, bed linen, beach towels, beach bags, music box, etc.


3 bedrooms: 
Immediately when you enter you will find the first bedroom, which also has direct access to the terrace. Queen size bed which can be split into 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom. (washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet and hair dryer) 

Further down the hallway is the 2nd bedroom, with queen size bed. The bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and separate bathroom (washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet and hair dryer)  From this bedroom you can see the sea! 

The 3rd bedroom is located at the back of the house with access to the terrace and with sea views and the green valley. Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom. (washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet and hair dryer) 

Bed and bath linen are provided. 
Beach towels and beach bags. 

2 Terraces:
At the front there is a cozy terrace with 2 lounge chairs & 1 parasol. 
At the back there is a very spacious terrace with: 6-person dining table and chairs, 4 sunbeds, 2 umbrellas, swimming pool, outdoor shower, bbq and direct path to the beach! Isn't that great!
