It is pure enjoyment, we as a family (daughter of 9 and son of 2) love the variety of a wonderful day at the beach or relaxing by the pool to walking or cycling in the beautiful nature where you can relax.
The local restaurants within walking distance are highly recommended or discover the other beautiful bays just 5 minutes away by car.
The versatility of this area makes it THE PLACE for us to enjoy and relax.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to landlord.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 50% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 75% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 100% due.
