After having been to Ibiza several times, the island has captured my heart. I developed a dream to have my own place on this wonderful island and I have realized that dream... my pride Casa Dilara (named after my daughter) in Cala Vadella where you can relax and completely relax.
I cannot (yet) be there all year round and that is why I have decided to let other Ibiza lovers enjoy my Casa.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation
In case of cancellation more than 40 days before the start of the rental period, a refund of 90% of the deposit will follow. In case of cancellation less than 40 days before the start of the first day of the rental period, there will be no refund. In case of cancellation due to entry ban from Spain or the Netherlands, 100% refund applies.

Alterations
If, after the conclusion of the booking/agreement, the tenant wishes to make changes to the booking, we are not obliged to comply with them. It is at our discretion whether and to what extent changes are accepted. In principle, changes within 40 days of arrival cannot be permitted.

Bail
We use a deposit of € 500,-. Please bring this amount with you in cash to the holiday destination, the amount will be retained by our Property Management and will take the amount with you. At check-out, the Property Management will take the amount back in cash, they will in all cases deduct € 175 from the original deposit amount for the cleaning costs. You will therefore receive a € 325 deposit back.

In addition, there will be a short inspection carried out by the Property Management in front of you. We assume that no damage has occurred during your rental period, but if this is the case, this will be recovered from you. The deposit amount withheld will be discussed on the spot and will be determined depending on the damage.

Check-in and check-out times
Check-in is possible from 15:00 and check-out until 10:00, of course due to cleaning.
