After having been to Ibiza several times, the island has captured my heart. I developed a dream to have my own place on this wonderful island and I have realized that dream... my pride Casa Dilara (named after my daughter) in Cala Vadella where you can relax and completely relax.
I cannot (yet) be there all year round and that is why I have decided to let other Ibiza lovers enjoy my Casa.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation
In case of cancellation more than 40 days before the start of the rental period, a refund of 90% of the deposit will follow. In case of cancellation less than 40 days before the start of the first day of the rental period, no refund will be given. In case of cancellation due to an entry ban from Spain or the Netherlands, a 100% refund applies.

Alterations
If the tenant, after the conclusion of the booking/agreement, wishes to make changes to the booking, we are not obliged to comply with this. It is at our discretion whether and to what extent changes are accepted. In principle, changes cannot be allowed within 40 days before arrival.

Bail
We use a deposit of € 500,-. Please take this amount in cash to the holiday destination, the amount will be retained by our Property Management and will take the amount with you. Upon check-out, the Property Management will take the amount back in cash, they will in all cases deduct € 185 from the original deposit amount for the cleaning costs. You will therefore receive a deposit of € 315 back.

In addition, a short inspection will take place carried out by the Property Management in the presence of you. We assume that no damage has occurred during your rental period, but if this is the case, this will be recovered from you. The amount of the deposit withheld will be discussed on the spot and will be determined depending on the damage.

Check-in and check-out times
Check-in is possible from 15:00 and check-out until 10:00, of course because of the cleaning.
