Penthouse Ibiza

Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel up to 30 days before check-in. They are then entitled to a refund of 75% on the stay. In case of cancellation between 30 and 14 days before check-in, tenants are entitled to a refund of 50% on the stay. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before check-in, the tenants lose the right to a refund on the stay. If you do not pay on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Check in: from 4 pm / Check out: before 10 am

Beach towels/beach towels. We provide each guest with a set of towels in the color of the room. These may not be used on the beach or the swimming pool.  We have provided separate beach towels for this.

Air conditioning.Ibiza is very humid. Always keep windows closed as much as possible, especially during the hottest months.  Do not set the air conditioning lower than 25° C when it is very hot outside. Even in the less warm months, it is important to use the air conditioner because of the humidity.
Waste.There are waste containers in the street. No waste may be left in the common areas or terraces, not even during the stay.
Park.There is a private parking space, please use it and do not park in front of the neighbors' garages. There is also parking in the street for extra cars.
Swimming pool/wellness/gym.There is no supervision, you are responsible for the use of the common areas and must supervise your children.
Liability.The owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur during a stay in or around the property.
